Many
Chambers of Commerce often conduct various programs for the
benefit of their members during different periods in a year.
A survey of their web sites reveals that more than 50% do
not update their web sites with such program details. Such
projects can now be handled on "BPO" model – Business process
outsourcing.

|
BTS
has now developed a "Project & Events Management Engine" (PEME)
for Chambers of Commerce and other NGOs intending to carry
out specific one-time projects. It is handled as a separate
web/portal "working" site so that the main site & Home page
is not disturbed. The life cycle is generally in 3 stages;
viz.:
a) Information collection, b) Starting revenue stream 1 for
facilitating publication/implementation c) Launching revenue
stream 2 for marketing the publication and follow-up projects.

|
The
MAIN benefit to the organization is that no new staff need
to be recruited or overload the existing staff, to manage
such a project. The existing staff will not be burdened with
more paper work, but spend their time to contacting the clients
who are interested in the project and ensure their support.
|
|
The
IT solution is thus effective in saving cost and time. All
the "back-office" work is being handled by BTS. The cost is
less and result is several times that of traditional methods.
