friendly. It is also made with html links and can
thus can be inter-linked with several documents and
still avoid being bulky or verbose.

and lower delivery costs)
2. Quick (reduces the time of corrections and need
for reprinting references)

D) HOW?
The technology involved in e-Publishing consists
of 3 parts. The easiest part is text data entry which
can be done by all most anyone within the company.
The second part is e-Formatting of pages which makes
it look professional and is made using special software
like e.g. Quark-express etc. While for one or two
pages, the effect is not so visible, for documents
more than 100 pages, it is almost a must. Finally
in the third part, the e-document can be made more
lively with multimedia tools with graphics and html
links making the search for words very simple.
The second and third parts need professional attention.
If the book is to be offered on the net for a commercial
consideration, then even more steps are required for
refinement.
E) When?

A company would need e-Publishing when the contents
